THE MEKANIKAL MIND...Kromeatose!

Mr. Kromeastose AKA The Mekanikal Mind is a Brooklyn born, Staten Island bred Underground Renniasance Man who any old school head would be proud to rep.

Kromeastose grew up amongst stacks of records and in wandering the endless vinyl mazes a type of diffusion took place whereby musical structure, rhythm and lyrical coding literally assimilated itself to his being. Now the Music courses through Krome’s veins and oozes from every pore. Krome’s mind essentially became a machine that stored the secrets of a million recordings.

Having a mind that functions mechanically allowed Krome to develop other talents and skills that remain of use to this day. Krome is a Graf Artist, DJ, Producer, Studio Engineer, and Emcee; or more accurately, a maniacal music making machine. There is very little The Mekanikal Mind can’t do, but can be found most nights, crazed, blending, beat juggling and scratching his way to another gritty street anthem. From there, Krome goes to work lyrically, spitting raw esoteric murder.

Krome’s superior analytical skills led him to an intricate and intelligent rhyme pattern with content ranging from the simplest street war to the most complicated, multi-layered ideas and philosophies.

Mr. Kromeatose continues to perfect his craft with the likes of Billy Tha Kid, Just-One, James Dean, Fresh Jones and Block McCloud at DMG Studios on Staten Island. He is Block Mccloud's right hand "machine", his personal engineer, and Hype"machine" on stage. The Mekanikal Mind is soon to surface, and when it does, you will be assimilated!
